Mixing of thickeners and starches for the production of soap bubbles

INTRODUCTION

Our mixers are not only dedicated to food production but also to chemical and pharmaceutical production. The mixing of  thickeners and starches in water through our TMV powder mixer allows to obtain a homogeneous product without the presence of lumps. This principle is also applied for the production of soap bubbles.

The soap is an extremely thin film of soapy water enclosing air that forms a hollow sphere with an iridescent surface. They are generally used as a pastime for children. They are also used for professional artistic performances intended for a varied audience.

PROBLEM & SOLUTION

A few months ago we had the opportunity to get in touch with this world after the owner of one of the most important companies in this sector in Europe had encountered problems in production. The dissolution of starches and thickeners did not respond to the client’s needs. We have to this point designed and built a customized dissolution system that allowed the customer to start working smoothly.

Our company’s motto is to find the solution for each type of customer by carefully studying the problems and characteristics of the substances with which to obtain the final product and here we are able to satisfy another customer using our experience but also a team with know-how.
