The result is an efficient, flexible plant perfectly aligned with the client&#8217;s production needs.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>The client&#8217;s requirement: industrial processing of sauces and dressings<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal of this project was to provide an automated plant capable of comprehensively and efficiently managing the processing of flavoured sauces, with a particular focus on soy sauce. The developed solution guarantees precise dosing and homogeneous mixing of ingredients, thus ensuring the consistent quality of the final product. The plant was designed to optimize production times and make each stage of the process easily traceable, in compliance with food industry regulations. Furthermore, thanks to the integration of a centralized control system, it is possible to automatically manage recipes and operating sequences, simplifying the work of operators and minimizing the possibility of errors.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Technical specifications of soy sauce mixing plant\u00a0<\/b><\/h2><ul><li><b>One 1200-liter preparation tank<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> made of AISI 316L stainless steel connected to our dissolver, ideal for promoting homogeneous mixing of high-viscosity ingredients<\/span><\/li><li><b>Three 1200-liter storage tanks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, each designed to maintain the product homogeneous in optimal conditions until packaging<\/span><\/li><li><b>Automatic sorbitol dosing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via a mass meter to ensure precision and repeatability<\/span><\/li><li><b>Automatic water dosing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> thanks to an integrated flow meter system<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Soy Dosing<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manual powder loading<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, managed safely by an operator<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Touch-screen operator panel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with integrated PLC for managing recipes, process phases, and traceability, allowing you to supervise and control the entire process: from preparation to product distribution to three separate filling lines.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Managed ingredients<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system is designed to handle the automated processing of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorbitol (liquid), used as a sweetener and humectant, helps maintain the product&#8217;s proper consistency and extend its shelf life.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soy<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vinegar<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Water<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specific powdered blends<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Automation and Centralized Control<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the integrated touch-screen panel, the operator can:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor and control each phase in real time<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage production recipes quickly and safely<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduce batch changeover times<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervise product transfer to <\/span><b>three packaging lines<\/b><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Design of innovative and customized systems for the production of condiments and sauces<\/b><\/h2><p>Thanks to our know-how, we have once again demonstrated our ability to tackle and solve complex challenges in the food industry.
