Solution for a manufacturer of ready meals and gastronomic preparations

We designed and built a complete plant for the preparation and storage of flavoured soy sauce for a manufacturer specializing in dressings for ready meals and advanced culinary preparations.

This project represented a stimulating technical challenge for us, but also a great opportunity to innovate in the industrial sauces and dressings sector. The result is an efficient, flexible plant perfectly aligned with the client’s production needs.

The client’s requirement: industrial processing of sauces and dressings

The goal of this project was to provide an automated plant capable of comprehensively and efficiently managing the processing of flavoured sauces, with a particular focus on soy sauce. The developed solution guarantees precise dosing and homogeneous mixing of ingredients, thus ensuring the consistent quality of the final product. The plant was designed to optimize production times and make each stage of the process easily traceable, in compliance with food industry regulations. Furthermore, thanks to the integration of a centralized control system, it is possible to automatically manage recipes and operating sequences, simplifying the work of operators and minimizing the possibility of errors.

Technical specifications of soy sauce mixing plant 

  • One 1200-liter preparation tank made of AISI 316L stainless steel connected to our dissolver, ideal for promoting homogeneous mixing of high-viscosity ingredients
  • Three 1200-liter storage tanks, each designed to maintain the product homogeneous in optimal conditions until packaging
  • Automatic sorbitol dosing via a mass meter to ensure precision and repeatability
  • Automatic water dosing thanks to an integrated flow meter system
  • Soy Dosing
  • Manual powder loading, managed safely by an operator
  • Touch-screen operator panel with integrated PLC for managing recipes, process phases, and traceability, allowing you to supervise and control the entire process: from preparation to product distribution to three separate filling lines.
