Mister Giacomo Rindone owner of Azienda Agricola Manganaro located in Sicily (South Italy) is speaking about its activity and why he believed in our company and decided to purchase our double jacketed steam kettle machine for marmalade production.
This company is in a special area as the properties of the soil and the optimal climate offers the best conditions for the PGI Sicilian orange production.
This fruit is low in calories, contains no saturated fats or cholesterol, but rich in dietary fiber and pectin.
Furthermore orange, like other citrus fruits, are an excellent source of vitamin-C and contains some amount of minerals like potassium and calcium.
One of the foods carried out by this delicious and healthy fruit is orange marmalade.


The idea to produce marmalade was born with the necessity to complete the food production chain and give continuity to our activity.
We are a small company of citrus fruit production and we have seen as a good investment the possibility to produce orange marmalade in order to provide a finished product all over the year, says Giacomo.

In October 2016 I decided to take part as visitor in Cibustec, one of the most innovative food technology exhibitions in Italy about the machinery sector.
